Requirements

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies as needed
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and in accordance with hotel policies
Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
Assist with special cleaning projects and hotel-wide initiatives as required
