From daily cleaning of apartment homes, office spaces, and other areas on the property, the Community Housekeeper sets the standard for excellence in our apartment homes. Requirements

Excellent attention to detail
Great customer service skills and polite attitude
Ability to work quickly and perform quality work under tight deadline
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
Standing on one's feet for a long period of time, bending, and extensive walking.
May be exposed to occasional unsanitary conditions, unpleasant odors, and hazardous (concentrated chemicals).

Responsibilities

General Cleaning tasks for vacant and model units, as well as office space and other areas on the property
Performs general housekeeping duties in apartment homes for turnarounds, such as: vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and dusting all cleared flat surfaces.
Performs general housekeeping duties of hallways and common areas as directed by supervisor.
Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by the supervisor.
Always maintains resident confidentiality.
