About The Position
Ardent Communities is a family-owned property management company based in Columbus, OH, with over 20 properties. This housekeeper position is an expansion of a previous role, focusing on maintaining clean and presentable spaces for new and current residents. The company is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable individual with strong ownership and time management skills to ensure multi-family properties remain exceptional year-round.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of multi-family or hotel housekeeping experience
- Willing to undergo a background check, in accordance with local law/regulations
- Bank account in your name for direct deposit
Responsibilities
- Daily cleaning of the leasing offices, clubhouses, kitchen, model(s), hallways and/or any other common areas including vacuuming and dusting.
- Sparkling (light cleaning) a unit 24 hours prior to a new tenant moving into their new space
