About The Position

Fairfield Property Management is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team! As Housekeeper, you'll be entrusted with the important task of transforming vacant apartment units into welcoming homes for our new residents. But that's not all – you will use your top-notch cleaning skills to keep our models, offices, club house, laundry rooms, and fitness centers pristine and tour-ready. You will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors alike.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Six months to one year of related experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work in a professional, courteous, cooperative, tactful, and patient manner with residents, FPM employees, vendors, suppliers, and members of the public.
• Self-motivated to work independently with little guidance.
• Good time management skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize and flexibility to adjust work priorities as necessary.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and retention skills required.
• Wear/use uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans all vacant apartments for move-ins.
• Cleans offices, corporate units, and models
• Cleans bathrooms.
• Cleans laundry rooms.
• Picks up trash on grounds
• Performs painting and caulking, if needed, in a neat and professional manner.
