About The Position

Touchmark at Georgetown is Central Texas’s leading full-service retirement community, enriching the lives of residents and their families through exceptional hospitality, personalized service, and outstanding amenities. We are currently seeking a Housekeeper to join our dedicated team. As a Housekeeper, you will make a meaningful impact each day by helping create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents and guests. In this role, you will care for both residents’ homes and the community’s common areas, helping ensure every space reflects the high standards and warm hospitality that define Touchmark. This is more than a traditional housekeeping position; it is an opportunity to build genuine relationships with the residents who call our community home and to contribute to their daily comfort and well-being.

Requirements

• Have a commitment to Touchmark’s values of excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion, and a desire to model these values in every interaction
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Be willing to work occasional weekends and holidays
• Be able to read, write, and speak English
• Be able to maintain a patient, professional, and tactful demeanor when working with residents, family members, guests, and fellow team members

Nice To Haves

• Previous housekeeping experience in a retirement community, hospitality, healthcare, or resort setting
