Requirements

• Ability to lift mattresses up to 50 lbs
• Bring your energy, attention to detail, and positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Keep guest rooms and suites sparkling clean
• Spot any maintenance issues and report them
• Make beds
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and scrub your way to a spotless room
• Make sure coffee makers, microwaves, and mini-fridges are fresh and guest-ready
• Restock all the little things—like toiletries and towels
• Handle guest requests with a smile and help them feel at home
• Keep an eye out for any lost & found items and follow proper procedures
• Stay in the know with daily updates
• Know our emergency plans
• Learn all about our hotel services
• Work as a team player and keep things positive
