Things Candidates Should Know Before Starting You will get dirty: Tasks include cleaning common areas, offices, clubhouse, amenities, clean and stock coffee station, cleaning vacant and model units and completing freshens in the model and vacant ready homes, and other potentially unpleasant (but necessary) duties. Repetition is part of the job: Many tasks (like cleaning the clubhouse) are daily, recurring responsibilities. This is a busy and physically demanding role:. This position requires prolonged periods of standing and walking while performing tasks. The person in this position must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
