Requirements

1+ year of housekeeping experience (required).
Must be 18 years of age or older (required).
Able to stand, walk, lift to 35 pounds, and perform basic physical tasks (required).
Ability to work well with others, being courteous and considerate when interacting with Residents, team members, and visitors.

Responsibilities

Maintain strict confidentiality and consistently follow all safety, PPE, and hazardous-waste handling protocols.
Work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to established cleaning and safety procedures.
Perform a wide range of cleaning tasks in resident rooms and common areas, including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, trash removal, and window cleaning.
Clean and maintain floors and carpets facility-wide, including sweeping, scrubbing, buffing, extracting, and shampooing as needed.
Support overall facility upkeep by maintaining tidy common areas and reporting repair or maintenance needs to the Manager.
Participate in cross-training across all Environmental Services (EVS) functions, including resident apartments, healthcare areas, and floor maintenance.
