About The Position

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of resident apartments and the common areas of the community. This includes general cleaning of resident apartments, hallways, and other common areas, as well as deep cleaning of apartments and villas. You will assist in preparing empty apartments for resident move-ins and ensure resident and guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests. Additionally, you may be asked to help respond to resident emergencies, all while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors, and co-workers.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Ability to maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of resident apartments, hallways, and other common areas.
