At Drury Hotels, we are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time housekeepers. In this role, you’ll play a major part in creating memorable moments for business travelers and families on vacation. After a busy day at work or play, our guests will be able to rest easily knowing that we will take care of the rest. We offer cleaner rooms than our competition and the extras don't cost extra. This makes our hotels stand out and keeps our guests coming back. As an essential team member at Drury Hotels, you will work on a team with other friendly customer-focused team members completing daily duties such as vacuuming, changing linens, and making our bathrooms shine.

Perform a variety of hotel cleaning services to maintain guest rooms according to established standards.
Visually inspect rooms to help identify necessary maintenance items.
Assist guests whenever possible by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information as requested.
Help in laundry/cleaning public spaces when necessary.
Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing friendly and courteous service while promptly responding to requests, inquiries, and complaints.

No previous cleaning experience required.
Knowledge, skills, and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school.
Ability to work independently (without direct supervision) and follow instructions (verbal and written).
Positive and solution-oriented attitude.
Dedication to providing excellent customer service.

Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not necessary.

Quarterly bonuses up to $3200/year based on hotel results.
