Requirements

• Previous housekeeping/janitorial experience is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to commute between job sites is required.
• Ability to read and follow cleaning instructions is required.
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and their uses is required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are required.
• Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs of equipment is required.
• Ability to withstand regular physical contact with dog and cat hair, mold, dust, mildew, and cleaning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by consistently cleaning homes.
• Perform deep cleanings, general cleanings, Airbnb cleanings, post-construction cleanings, and move in/out cleanings for clients.
• Conduct interior window cleaning as requested.
• Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and support overall team efforts.
