About The Position
The position involves responding promptly to requests from guests and other departments, filling a cart with supplies, and transporting it to the assigned area. Responsibilities include entering guest rooms following proper procedures, replacing guest amenities and supplies, cleaning bathrooms, and ensuring all appliances are present and functional. The role requires maintaining cleanliness and organization in guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, polishing, and vacuuming. Adherence to company safety and security policies is essential, as is maintaining a professional appearance and providing excellent guest service. The position also involves physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, and pulling objects, and standing or walking for extended periods.
