This position involves cleaning various areas of the resort, including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms, while adhering to detailed housekeeping standards. You will be responsible for cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies, as well as making beds to ensure a welcoming environment for guests. In addition to cleaning duties, you will replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries, sort and manage linens, and maintain positive relationships with both customers and associates. Responding appropriately to guest inquiries and concerns is crucial, as you will work to ensure total guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise, ultimately enhancing the guest experience. This role requires a proactive approach and a commitment to maintaining the resort's high standards of cleanliness and service. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will need to communicate effectively with employees, guests, and owners. The ability to work independently while following instructions is essential, along with a professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude. Physical demands include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, which is necessary for handling linens and supplies.
