About The Position

This role will be the backbone of our guest experience. When someone arrives at Wild Spring Dunes, they're looking for a clean, comfortable space to unwind. You'll be the person who makes that happen. It's straightforward, hard work with real impact—guests may not always see you, but they definitely notice what you do. Wild Spring Dunes will be a premier public golf resort and refuge where world-class golf meets unparalleled accommodations and homesites. Featuring two expertly routed courses with plans for a short course and practice center, our resort offers a diverse and comprehensive golfing experience. Wild Spring Dunes is located in historic East Texas, two hours from both Dallas and Houston and 25 minutes from nearby Nacogdoches.

Requirements

• You’re positive, dependable, and have a professional presence.
• You notice the little things—and care enough to fix them.
• You work efficiently and manage your time well.
• You’re organized and keep your tools and supplies in order.
• You can handle the physical side of the job: standing, kneeling, lifting up to 50 lbs (with help), and moving around for hours at a time.
• You communicate clearly—both with guests and teammates.
• You can roll with the punches and problem-solve when things go sideways.
• You always put safety first, for yourself and those around you.

Responsibilities

• Show up on time, ready to go. Reliability matters here.
• Clean and restock amenities, and make sure everything looks and feels right.
• Keep the common areas clean and inviting.
• Tackle the dust, the dirt, and the smudges.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms.
• Keep an eye out for anything broken or out of place and report it.
• Know your cleaning materials and follow safety protocols.
• Pitch in wherever needed.
