Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience: One year Institutional/Commercial Housekeeping or Maintenance experience preferred
  • Licenses: Valid state driver's license required

  • Experience: One year Institutional/Commercial Housekeeping or Maintenance experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Reports to supervisors consistently and on time for scheduled shift
  • Organizes materials to be moved into lots and inventories items
  • Transports items and materials to loading docks, loads truck/trailer for material transport and unloads materials
  • May drive truck and trailer to transfer station or other destination
  • Performs light sanding and surface preparation for painting and paints exterior surfaces as directed
  • Performs miscellaneous landscape and grounds tasks as directed
  • May assist in transport/courier service for Facilities to gathering parts and supplies
  • Performs inspection and checklist duties as directed
