About The Position

Laurel Parc, a beautiful senior living community just north of the Beaverton/Hillsboro area seeks a Housekeeper Supervisor to join the DEPARTMENT team! This position will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining resident apartments and the community areas of Laurel Parc. This position is also responsible for facilitating, coordinating and overseeing all activities for the housekeeping personnel under the guidance of the Maintenance Director. The Lead Housekeeper will also be accountable for helping to achieve the highest standards of comfort, cleanliness, service and quality for our Residence.

Requirements

• Basic ability to use computer/smart phone applications for training and company system purposes.
• Ability to comprehend written documents such as work orders, safety rules, instructions, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to speak and communicate effectively with clients, coworkers and management.

Responsibilities

• Schedules, directs, delegates and prioritizes tasks and relays to the housekeeping staff.
• Performs housekeeping duties which include but are not limited to; vacuuming, mopping, cleaning restrooms, changing lightbulbs, emptying garbage and recycling and dusting.
• Cleans and spot cleans resident apartments, community areas, offices and other common areas on a regular or as needed basis.
