About The Position

Concord Hospitality is hiring Housekeepers responsible for cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, adhering to hotel standards. This includes maintaining an organized linen cart, reporting any areas needing attention (fixtures, door locks, televisions, HVAC systems), ensuring the security of issued equipment, keys, and supplies, reporting lost and found articles, and responding to guest requests. The role emphasizes the impact of the housekeeper's work on guest satisfaction. Requirements

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift/carry supplies or equipment.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Commitment to safety, sanitation, and guest service standards.

Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, following procedures and hotel standards.
Keep an organized linen cart that is neat, well stocked, and orderly.
Report any areas within guest rooms that need attention, such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, or HVAC systems.
Maintain security of equipment, keys, and supplies issued to you.
Report lost and found articles to your supervisor.
Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.
