The Residence Inn Scottsdale Paradise Valley, located at 6040 N.Scottsdale Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85253 is currently hiring aHousekeeper. Responsibilities include: Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments.Fill cart with supplies and transport cart to assigned area. Enterguest rooms following procedures for gaining access and ensuringvacancy before entering. Replace guest amenities and supplies inrooms. Replace dirty linens and terry with clean items. Make bedsand fold terry. Clean bathrooms. Remove trash, dirty linen, androom service items. Check that all appliances are present in theroom and in working order. Straighten desk items, furniture, andappliances. Dust, polish, and remove marks from walls andfurnishings. Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties (e.g., inguest rooms and hallway). Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures;report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, orinjuries; complete safety training and certifications; properlystore flammable materials. Ensure uniform and personal appearanceare clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietaryinformation. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according tocompany standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs;assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuineappreciation. Speak with others using clear and professionallanguage. Support team to reach common goals. Ensure adherence toquality expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull,and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds withoutassistance. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending,twisting, pulling, and stooping. Stand, sit, or walk for anextended period of time. Perform other reasonable job duties asrequested by Supervisors.
