About The Position

Carteret Management is seeking to fill a FULLTIME HOUSEKEEPER/PORTER role at an apartment community located in downtown Saint Petersburg. Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to perform general custodial duties.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to operate machinery and equipment necessary to perform the porter’s duties including: backpack vacuum, pressure washer, hand blower, etc.
• Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with various groups (on-site staff, vendors, residents).

Responsibilities

• Perform such functions as clearing debris from grounds, cleaning office and common areas.
• Assist in the preparation of market ready units, including remove trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready.
• Perform other general janitorial duties as assigned.
