About The Position

Crothall Healthcare is hiring immediately for on call HOUSEKEEPER positions at Encompass Health Rehab South located at 10301 Jeffreys Street, Henderson, NV 89052. The schedule is on call, with shifts on Monday and Friday from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm, and weekends are required. More details will be provided upon interview. The position requires previous acute hospital experience, and previous janitorial, EVS, and housekeeping experience is preferred. The fixed pay rate is $16.50 per hour. Requirements

• Previous acute hospital experience required.
• Previous janitorial, EVS, and housekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs light cleaning duties to maintain establishments, including hotels, restaurants, and hospitals.
• Provides quality customer service to customers by providing one-on-one attention to detail.
• Sweeps, scrubs, mops, and polishes floors.
• Vacuums carpets, rugs, and draperies.
• Shampoos carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
• Dusts and polishes furniture and fittings.
• Cleans metal fixtures and fittings.
• Empties and cleans trash containers.
• Disposes of trash in a sanitary manner.
• Cleans wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
• Wipes down glass surfaces.
• Makes up beds and changes linens as required.
• Realigns furniture and amenities according to prescribed layout.
• Responds to guest queries and requests.
• Responds to calls for housekeeping problems, such as spills and broken glasses.
• Contributes to team efforts; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow associates, and others.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
