Requirements

  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and common spaces.
  • Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain a pristine appearance.
  • Restock supplies such as paper products and cleaning materials.
  • Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals in accordance with guidelines.
  • Report any maintenance or safety issues to management promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Assist in special cleaning projects as needed.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service to clients.
