About The Position

At La Vida Llena, a not‑for‑profit Life Plan Community, residents enjoy a vibrant and welcoming environment with opportunities for creative, educational, and personal exploration. Our community offers resort‑style amenities and a full continuum of care, including Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing. We are seeking a Housekeeper Lead to support our Environmental Services team by delivering high‑quality cleaning services while helping foster a positive, resident-centered culture.

Requirements

Minimum of two years’ experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in a role that included training, guidance, or advisory responsibilities.
Knowledge of housekeeping equipment, tools, green cleaning solutions, and appropriate cleaning chemicals.
Ability to read and understand labels and safety instructions.
Strong attention to detail, positive attitude, and comfort working with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

Provide routine and special housekeeping services throughout the community, including cleaning assigned areas, deep cleaning resident apartments, and supporting special projects and events.
Assist Environmental Services leadership by coordinating daily cleaning activities, supporting work schedules, leading special projects, and providing one‑on‑one training to team members using a consistent training process.
Lead by example by promoting PRS values, assisting with quality control, and ensuring team members deliver an inviting experience that happens for residents, not to them.
Assist with estimating, ordering, and maintaining adequate supplies, materials, and equipment to complete assigned work safely and efficiently.
Support emergency procedures when needed, approach all interactions with courtesy and professionalism, and perform other duties as assigned.
