Requirements

• Basic housekeeping experience preferred.
• Knowledge of standard cleaning methods and safe use of cleaning products and equipment.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned public buildings, resident homes, and rooms within our assisted living and skilled nursing facilities.
• Dust and polish furniture, vacuum carpets and rugs, and clean resident rooms and dining areas.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, showers, and kitchenettes.
• Wash interior windows and empty trash receptacles.
• Shampoo, disinfect, and maintain floors and carpeted areas.
• Strip, wax, and buff floors as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the Aquatic Fitness Center floors.
• Clean guest rooms as assigned and perform other duties as requested by residents, with supervisor approval.
