About The Position

The Housekeeper II position is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment within healthcare facilities, focusing on both patient and non-patient areas. This role involves performing various janitorial and environmental services to ensure a safe and hygienic atmosphere for patients, visitors, and staff, particularly during evening shifts and rotating weekends.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred)
• 1 Year experience in a recent housekeeping or environmental services role (Required)
• 1 Year experience in floor maintenance utilizing commercial equipment (Preferred)
• 1 Year experience working in a health care environment (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain patient rooms, restrooms, and common areas within the healthcare facilities.
• Perform various janitorial and environmental services necessary for maintaining cleanliness and safety.
• Follow established policies and procedures for cleaning and sanitation.
• Utilize commercial equipment for floor maintenance as needed.
