About The Position

As a Housekeeper at Joliet Terrace, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our residents. Your responsibilities will include removing trash, washing windows, keeping floors spotless, and general bathroom cleaning. Each day will bring different tasks, from vacuuming and sanitizing rooms to prepping for new residents. Requirements

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be physically capable of walking, prolonged standing, bending, pushing, and pulling weights exceeding 150 lbs
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment physical and criminal history background check

Responsibilities

• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness in resident areas
• Wash windows and keep floors spotless
• Perform general bathroom cleaning
• Vacuum and sanitize rooms
• Prepare rooms for new residents
• Support the sanitation needs of the center
