About The Position

The Cleaning Authority is hiring for FULL TIME positions. We offer the highest pay for cleaning in the area, with a starting pay of $11.50 per hour. After 60 days, employees receive a $0.50 per hour raise. Our work hours are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, allowing employees to enjoy their nights and weekends, as we are closed on major holidays and weekends. We provide a computer-based learning system and a 2-week training program that includes hands-on paid training with experienced trainers. Additionally, we cover paid drive time between homes and promote from within the company.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to pass a background check
• Great attitude and team player
• Willingness to learn and adapt to company cleaning standards
• Ability to be on your feet all day and perform light lifting (less than 20 pounds)
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle

Responsibilities

• Clean residential homes according to company standards
• Participate in a 2-week training program
