Requirements
- Six (6) months of accumulated experience in a similar job classification
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable Transportation
Responsibilities
- Promotes and maintains a clean, safe, and healthy client environment.
- Assists client with home-making activities such as housekeeping, shopping, errands, light laundering, meal planning and preparation, serving of meals, and socialization & companionship activities
- Recognizes, reports, and records/documents change in client condition and safety to supervisor.
- Documents observations, activities, and services provided in an accurate, complete, and timely manner.
- NO Personal care assistance required.
