About The Position

Willow Valley Communities is hiring a Part Time Housekeeper to provide an excellent guest experience by maintaining a clean, neat environment for the Guest Suites; this includes public amenity areas, guest rooms and offices. Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Houseclean guest rooms, public areas and offices following designated tasks on a checklist.
Cleaning includes but not limited to dusting lights, mirrors, furniture and woodwork; vacuuming halls/rooms/entrances, polishing windows, making beds, scrubbing bathroom fixtures, etc.
Replenish bathroom and guest supplies on request.
Monitor rooms, halls, and lounge areas for unsightly wear and make recommendations to management.
Attend periodic staff meetings with other Team Member to discuss company policies and Guests concerns, and to make recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operation.
Clean common restrooms daily.
Empty trash cans from office - dust all furniture – run vacuum.
Clean entrances to Guest Suites daily.
Dust ceilings/corners for cobwebs.
Clean inside windows of guest rooms and entrance doors.
Linen exchange. Collect clean linens from loading dock. Return soiled linens to dock for service.
Vacuum furniture in lobby area and atrium.
Dust walls and art work of common halls.
Utilize Service Request System to request maintenance/floor care services.
Tag lost and found items by room #. Date and turn in to Guest Relations Desk.
In the event of a low occupancy rate, daily tasks may be reassigned to other areas.
