About The Position
The position involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various areas of the facility, including residential living, personal care, skilled nursing, and public areas. The role requires adherence to proper cleaning procedures, safe use of chemicals and equipment, and the collection and distribution of linen items. The employee will operate various cleaning machines and follow a floor care schedule to ensure the cleanliness of the campus. Additional responsibilities include assisting with minor maintenance tasks, pest management, and seasonal cleaning of exterior furniture and entryways. The position may require working during evenings, weekends, holidays, and inclement weather.
