About The Position
The Ellington of Rayne is seeking a dedicated and thorough housekeeper to join our team in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our facilities. As a housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by ensuring that all areas of our nursing home are kept to the highest cleanliness standards. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing excellent service to our residents and their families. You will be responsible for cleaning and tidying all areas, including residents' rooms and public spaces, to create a welcoming and hygienic environment. Your daily tasks will include creating job lists, recording serviced rooms, and maintaining equipment in good condition. You will also be responsible for checking the stocking levels of consumables and restocking supplies as needed. Compliance with health and safety regulations is essential, and you will be expected to act in accordance with company policies and licensing laws. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, can work independently, and possesses strong time management skills. In this full-time position, you will work approximately 40 hours per week, primarily during the day shift. The pay for this role is $8.50 per hour, and you will have the opportunity to contribute to a positive living environment for our residents while developing your skills in the housekeeping field.
