About The Position

ServiceMaster Clean is a well-established commercial cleaning company looking for part-time housekeepers in the Federal Way Area! We are offering a $100 bonus after your first 30 days. The job involves performing cleaning duties for our clients' facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures. Cleaning duties include but are not limited to: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, polishing, sanitizing, trash disposal, etc. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment, as well as opening/locking facilities and successfully working building alarms/security systems.

Requirements

• Professional cleaning experience preferred, but willing to train reliable candidates
• Good communication skills and a strong work ethic
• Ability to stand, walk, push, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, and reach overhead
• Must be able to lift and/or carry 25lbs
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and their uses
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, organized, and detailed manner
• Ability to adhere to a pre-set time budget for each assigned project
• Must be able to work with little to no supervision
