About The Position

In this role as a Housekeeper, you will be part of the Flex Team, which allows you to work flexible hours and choose shifts that fit your schedule. This position is designed for individuals who want to work in multiple communities within the southwest Ohio market and have the ability to pick up shifts according to their availability. As a Flex Team employee, you will have the opportunity to work up to 30 hours per week and will have access to a user-friendly mobile app that enables you to select and confirm shifts easily. You will also receive premium pay for your work, making this an attractive opportunity for those looking for flexibility in their job. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents, adhering to the philosophy of supporting dignity, privacy, independence, and individuality.
