About The Position

With Artisan Management Group our Custodian/Groundskeepers are responsible for cleaning common areas, community spaces, disposing of waste and apartment turns when needed. Below is an overview of the responsibilities that are included but not limited to the role. Windsor on the River

Requirements

  • Ability to manage your time efficiently.
  • Work well unsupervised.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
  • Handle basic maintenance and cleaning.
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and interact positively with residents.
  • Hard worker.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, some college-level education preferred
  • Commitment to a positive culture

Nice To Haves

  • AppFolio experience preferred
  • knowledge of Fair Housing regulations

Responsibilities

  • Completes grounds maintenance removing all trash from community on daily basis. This includes walking and/or using golf cart to cover 30+ acres.
  • Clean apartment buildings as scheduled by the Community Manager. This includes community laundry rooms.
  • Clean office and common area amenities as needed.
  • Adheres to the highest level of customer service and quality standards.
  • Strives to make the community appearance at or above quality standards at all times.
  • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
  • Clean and stock restrooms.
  • Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
  • Notify managers of necessary repairs.
  • Collect and dispose of trash.
  • Replace lightbulbs when necessary.
  • Assist residents when necessary.
  • Assist in snow removal.
  • Throughout the day, looks for additional maintenance needing performed and liability hazards to report them to the Manager.
  • Adheres to all safety policies and procedures.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
