Requirements

• No previous cleaning experience required.
• Knowledge, skill, and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in cleaning is helpful but not necessary.
• Ability to work independently and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Positive and solution-oriented attitude.
• Dedication to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of cleaning services to maintain guest rooms according to established standards.
• Visually inspect rooms to help identify maintenance needs.
• Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information as requested.
• Help in laundry or cleaning public spaces when necessary.
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing friendly and courteous service.
