About The Position

Morgan & Mallet International is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join their New York team. This role focuses on sourcing and placing top-tier talent in luxury household staffing positions, ensuring a high standard of service for clients. The recruiter will work closely with high-net-worth individuals to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within luxury staffing, hospitality, or private service industries.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and social media platforms for talent acquisition.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive client and candidate information.
  • Knowledge of the luxury market and private household staffing is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, attract, and evaluate top candidates for luxury household roles, including butlers, housekeepers, chefs, chauffeurs, personal assistants, nannies, and more.
  • Work closely with high-net-worth individuals and their representatives to understand staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct detailed candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and alignment with client requirements.
  • Create compelling job descriptions for open positions.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to final placement, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
  • Maintain and update the internal candidate database with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Build and maintain strong professional networks to source high-caliber candidates and stay informed on industry trends.
  • Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to legal and company standards.
