We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Assisted Living team on 1st shift. Our LPNs and RNs share a genuine love for seniors and a deep respect for the unique needs of older adults. Requirements

  • Graduate of accredited school of practical nursing
  • Minimum of one (1) year nursing experience
  • Must meet regulatory requirements for licensure as practical nurse in home state.
  • CPR certified.
  • Must have demonstrated leadership qualities, interpersonal relationship skills, and knowledge of federal and state regulations governing clinical care and nursing practice.
  • Commitment to person centered and resident directed care is essential.
  • Will comply with all federal and state regulatory requirements to maintain licensure as nurse.

Nice To Haves

  • One (1) year skilled nursing facility experience preferred
  • Specialized training or experience in geriatric nursing is desirable.
