About The Position

Our client is seeking an experienced Household Manager / Personal Assistant to oversee multiple residences in Southampton, New York City, and Florida. This role requires a highly organized, proactive individual with strong household management experience, the ability to coordinate vendors and staff, and flexibility to travel. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple properties while supporting the client’s day-to-day personal and household needs.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously
  • Flexible schedule and willingness to travel between properties as needed
  • Professional, discreet, and service-oriented
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Excellent, verifiable references

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of multiple residences and ensure homes are maintained and guest-ready
  • Manage and coordinate household staff across locations
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers; schedule, oversee, and follow up on service calls
  • Track and manage punch list items and ongoing maintenance needs
  • Assist with and help oversee renovation projects, including coordination and follow-through
  • Set up and manage household schedules (service calls, appointments, seasonal needs)
  • Run errands, grocery shop, and manage household inventory
  • Prepare homes in advance of the client’s arrival and travel between properties
  • Provide personal assistant support as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
