The Household Coordinator leads and supports the Household team (residents, family, and staff). This position is partnered with the Clinical Nurse Coordinator. Primary responsibilities are ensuring that the community provides a person-centered approach to programming and quality care services. Provides direction and supervision to team members within the household. The Household Coordinator will build a culture of teamwork and engagement to provide exceptional care, customer service and support for residents and their families. Provides professional support to social services and life enrichment, as applicable. Services are provided in accordance with the mission of Guardian Angels.
