Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Typing and computer skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work under constant deadlines
• Must work well with people

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree in Human Services, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide back-up coverage to manage the front desk
• Cover the phone, receive deliveries, welcome guests, facilitate resident requests, facilitate resident sign-in/out forms
• Oversee food inventory; perform errands to ensure the home is well-stocked with fresh groceries and necessary cleaning products
• Lead the resident food prep team in all scheduled snacks & meals (6 per day)
• Manage inventory and purchase necessary office supplies for the home
• Train residents on inventory processes and supervise the organization and cleanliness of the refrigerator, pantry, and kitchen areas
• Ensure proper care of kitchen equipment
• Initiate fitness classes as needed to promote resident health and engagement
• Provide administrative support to the Nutrition & Fitness Manager
• Assist in maintaining records for resident progress as directed by the manager
• Monitor and respond to email inquiries regarding home procedures and standard operating protocols
• Assist in organizing nutrition education materials approved by the manager
• Update daily and weekly mealtime logs
• Monitor and track daily lunch mealtime logs
• Oversee daily room checks and provide resident supervision
• Coordinate daily mail distribution
• Process expense reports
