About The Position
The House-Wide Supervisor at Stony Brook Medicine is responsible for coordinating all administrative and clinical matters related to nursing activities within the hospital. This role involves supervising clinicians, evaluating patient care practices, and participating in decision-making activities to ensure high standards of patient care and safety. The supervisor will also manage staffing levels, address patient concerns, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while acting as the Administrator on Duty during off-hours.
