About The Position

Roxbury is currently accepting applications for an RN House Supervisor to work the overnight shift to provide administrative and clinical supervision to all facility staff. The shift for this position is 6:30pm to 7:00 am with every other weekend and holiday rotation. The House Supervisor (RN) is responsible for ensuring coordinated delivery of patient care in accordance with the established standards of care, mental health practice and hospital policy, goals and objectives. This position assists in contributing to the hospital's philosophy, objectives, educational and performance improvement efforts, while providing supervision to the nursing staff. The House Supervisor is responsible for direct supervision of the nursing staff, patients, and patient care during their shift. The House Supervisor will work closely with the Intake and Admissions Department regarding patient admissions, discharges, and transfers during their shift. This position also qualifies for our $10,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program or equivalent combination of education and experience in psychiatric nursing management.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a psychiatric health-care facility preferred.
• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania.
