Monitor hospital operations, allocate resources effectively, and respond to urgent needs. Support and coach nursing staff, contributing to growth, development, and performance. Document daily staffing and administrative records, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate across departments to maintain continuity of care. Provide direct nursing care to patients when needed, keeping families informed and supported throughout the process. Requirements

  • Associates Degree in Nursing (e.g. ADN).
  • Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience and one (1) year of leadership experience
  • Registered Nursing License (RN) in state of practice
  • Basic Life Support (AHA-BLS)
  • AHA-ACLS
  • AHA-PALS
