About The Position
Represents St. Jude Medical Center and Administration to the employees, patients, physicians, visitors, and others as required. Empowered with the authority to direct the performance of all departments in the hospital providing direct or indirect patient care services. Ensures the continuing coordination of operations of all hospital departments being consistent with the medical center's values, goals and strategic plan. This position has the authority and responsibility to exercise "command decisions" in all emergency and safety-related situations. Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- California Registered Nurse License Upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Upon hire
- 1 year of Charge Nurse or leadership experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.
