Responsibilities Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) Opportunity for Full-time set schedule 7pm-7am (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and a $2,500 sign on bonus. Palm Shores Behavioral Health Center provides quality mental health care and education services for adolescents, ages 11-17 who are experiencing behavioral, emotional, educational, family and social challenges. The dedicated professionals at Palm Shores Behavioral Health Center provide quality mental health treatment for children. The program establishes healthy behaviors and prepares children to transition back home. The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for the delivery of quality nursing care for all patients. The Nurse Supervisor has the authority to adjust staffing as necessary for the day, evening, night and weekend shifts. The Nurse Supervisor will oversee all unit activities including, but not limited to, admissions, discharges, crisis intervention, restraint and/or seclusion, Baker Acts, relieving for break or meals. The Nurse Supervisor manages the RN's, Lead Mental Health Techs and Mental Health Techs working on the unit as part of the nursing team and administers prescribed medications. The Nurse Supervisor will coordinate all medical codes, whether real or mock, and ensure they are carried out appropriately and safely.
