The House Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all hospital operations related to patient care and staff management during assigned shifts at the campus. This role ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality, and therapeutic care in accordance with facility policies, regulatory standards, and best practices in behavioral health. The House Supervisor serves as a clinical and administrative resource, supporting nursing and direct care staff, responding to emergent patient needs, and acting as the management liaison for hospital departments during non-business hours. This position requires critical thinking, strong leadership skills to facilitate communication among departments, ensure adequate staffing, and uphold compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The House Supervisor must be able to make critical decisions in high-pressure situations, de-escalate behavioral health crises, and provide direct patient care when necessary. Additionally, the House Supervisor plays a key role in mentoring staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for both patients and employees.
