Requirements

• Over 5 years Progressive Leadership Experience
• Over 5 years Progressive Clinical Experience
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Required
• Licensed Registered Nurse Required

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Preferred
• Certified Pediatric Nurse (CPN) Preferred
• Bachelor's Degree - Nursing

Responsibilities

• Bed placement
• Crisis management
• Resource level knowledge of organ/tissue policy and procedures
• Working knowledge of staffing minimums and assist in staffing coordination for the adult hospital
• Clinically proficient, active participant of the Code Team
