Requirements

• BSN required – Masters preferred.
• BLS (or obtained within 90 days of employment).
• CCRN/CEN desirable or other certification.
• Current and active Florida State RN Licensure.
• ACLS (or obtained within 90 days of employment).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the coordination of services and resources during the evening, night and weekend shifts (and day shift Mon-Fri in the absence of the Director of Clinical Operations).
• Manage staffing, unusual situations, disaster scenarios, and supervision and direction on all clinical and administrative issues that must be resolved or initiated during the shift.
• Utilize communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Perform basic computer skills and customer service skills.
• Other duties as assigned.
