About The Position

The House Supervisor Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the coordination of services and resources during the evening, night, and weekend shifts, as well as during the day shift Monday through Friday in the absence of the Director of Clinical Operations. This role includes staffing, managing unusual situations, disaster scenarios, and providing supervision and direction on all clinical and administrative issues that must be resolved or initiated during the shift. The position requires strong communication, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and customer service skills.

Requirements

• BSN required; Master's preferred.
• BLS certification (or obtained within 90 days of employment).
• Current and active Florida State RN Licensure.
• ACLS certification (or obtained within 90 days of employment).
• CCRN/CEN certification desirable or other relevant certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services and resources during evening, night, and weekend shifts.
• Manage staffing and unusual situations.
• Handle disaster scenarios.
• Supervise and direct clinical and administrative issues during shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
