About The Position

Submit your application for House Supervisor PRN position and spend more time at the bedside with the patient. As the primary representative for hospital administration, the Administrative Supervisor uses clinical expertise and management skills to direct implementation of administrative plans into efficient economical quality patient care. The Administrative Supervisor coordinates the activities of the hospital after office hours, seven days a week by serving as a resource supervisory person to all departments.

Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse Licensed to Practice in South Carolina.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support Provider or Instructor through American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Minimum of three years recent nursing practice required.
  • At least two years of experience as a Permanent Charge Nurse or a nursing leadership position preferred.
  • Effective communication skills; both oral and written.
  • Ability to effectively read, write and speak fluent English.
  • Computer skills needed.
  • Ability to manage and work with others within a team to ensure quality patient care.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Creative and innovative skills in personnel management.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
