About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a House Supervisor / Patient Flow Specialist . This leadership role is responsible for overseeing hospital operations during assigned shifts, coordinating patient flow, and supporting clinical teams to ensure efficient patient care delivery across departments. This position is ideal for a seasoned RN with strong leadership skills and experience in high-acuity hospital environments who can manage resources, guide clinical teams, and maintain operational efficiency during night shifts.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program .
  • Active Montana RN License (required upon hire).
  • CPR certification required.
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification required.
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification required or obtained within 6 months of hire.
  • Minimum 3 years of Registered Nurse experience in a hospital setting.
  • Strong knowledge of advanced nursing principles, post-operative care, and medical-surgical patient management .
  • Proficiency in cardiac monitoring and critical care assessment .
  • Experience with advanced medical equipment such as invasive lines, chest tubes, and ventilator support systems .
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills .
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in high-volume healthcare environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in ICU, patient flow coordination, or resource nurse leadership preferred.
  • Experience caring for patients across all life stages, from infancy to geriatrics , preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, direction, and administrative oversight for hospital staff during assigned shifts.
  • Interpret and implement hospital policies, procedures, and clinical protocols.
  • Coordinate patient flow and resource allocation across hospital departments.
  • Supervise nursing and support staff to ensure effective workflow and high-quality patient care.
  • Address and resolve patient and family concerns in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with charge nurses and clinical leadership to support operational decisions.
  • Monitor staff productivity and provide coaching, feedback, and guidance.
  • Assist in managing staffing assignments and hospital resources during high-demand situations.
